Section 30(3) in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(3)The existing research organizations and experimental stations along with facilities and budget in the field of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and allied branches in the Government Departments shall be transferred to the University with effect from such date as me Government may notify.
