Section 39(1) in The Assam Agricultural University Act, 1968
(1)The Board shall constitute Finance Committee consisting of the following persons, namely : the Vice-Chancellor. The Secretary o the Finance, Agricultural and Animal Husbandry, and Veterinary Departments to the Government of Assam, Comptroller, one member chosen by the Board from among its non-official members.
