Section 326(c) in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
(c)unless and except for such period as he shall be permitted by the Commissioner, under the power next hereinafter conferred, to continue any existing door or trapdoor close up and not keep any door or trap-door in such privy opening on to a street:
