ORDER
05.03.2021 Though the order dated 24.02.2021, against which the review is being sought, has been passed without issuing notice to other side, therefore, it is not necessary to issue notice in this petition as well.
By way of this review petition the petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 24.02.2021 for rectification of the name of the respondent No. 2 as "Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla" instead of "Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Baramulla".
Having regard to the contents of this petition coupled with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the same is allowed. The order dated 24.02.2021 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 292/2021 titled "Ghulam Hassan Shah vs. Dy. Commissioner Baramulla and ors.", is 2 RP No. 17/2021 modified to the extent that the "Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Baramulla"
be read as "Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla".
Disposed of as above.
This order shall form part and parcel of order dated 24.02.2021.
