19. Prohibition of water contamination.
(1)No ground water resources shall be contaminated in any manner by anybody including industrial, local bodies and aquaculture waste disposal.(2)Direct disposal of waste waters into the aquifers, is prohibited.Chapter - 4 Surface Water Protection Measures
