Section 45(1) in The Assam Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1972
(1)No offence under this Act, or any rule or bye-law framed thereunder shall be tried by a Court other than that of a Judicial Magistrate of the First Class or a Judicial Magistrate of the Second Class, specifically empowered in this behalf by the State Government.
