Section 12(4)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Spirits) Rules, 2006

(a)Where the Commissioner is satisfied that the applicant for a new Distillery has fulfilled the conditions specified in sub-rules (1) to (3) above, he may grant a licence in Form-D2 (EM)/D2(EG)/ De(EMGO) as the case may be.
