Section 13(2) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Recordkeeping Agency) Regulations, 2015
(2)For the year in which the certificate of registration is granted, if the business is done for a part of the year, the central recordkeeping agency shall pay pro rata annual fee on quarterly basis within thirty days from the date of registration. In case, the central recordkeeping agency fails to deposit annual fees on or before the due date, the Authority shall have the right to cancel the certificate of registration of the central recordkeeping agency.
