121. Mortgages executed in favour of Primary [Agriculture and Rural] [Substituted by section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Tamil Nadu Act 50 of 1999) which came into force on the 15th December 1999.] Development Banks, etc., to stand vested in State [Agriculture and Rural] [Substituted by section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Tamil Nadu Act 50 of 1999) which came into force on the 15th December 1999.] Development Bank.
- The mortgages executed in favour of, and all other assets transferred to, a Primary [Agriculture and Rural] [Substituted by section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Tamil Nadu Act 50 of 1999) which came into force on the 15th December 1999.] Development Bank, by the members thereof shall, with effect on and from the date of such execution or transfer, be deemed to have been transferred by such Primary [Agriculture and Rural] [Substituted by section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Tamil Nadu Act 50 of 1999) which came into force on the 15th December 1999.] Development Bank to, and shall vest in, the State [Agriculture and Rural] [Substituted by section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (Tamil Nadu Act 50 of 1999) which came into force on the 15th December 1999.] Development Bank.
