Section 296(3) in Karnataka Municipalities Act, 1964
(3)If a person to whom a copy of the [Director of Municipal Administration] [Substituted by Act 31 of 2003 w.e.f. 20.8.2003.] decision is sent under sub-section (2) refuses to take delivery thereof he shall be deemed to have duly received it on the day on which it was refused by him.
