130. Provisions of markets and slaughter houses of the Development Authority.
- The Development Authority may provide and maintain markets, slaughter houses or stockyards in such number as it may think fit together with stalls, shops, sheds, pens and other buildings and conveniences for the use of persons carrying on trade or business in, or frequenting, such markets, slaughter houses or stockyards.[Chapter-XIV-A] [Inserted by West Bengal Act No. 8 of 2018, dated 5.4.2018.]Animals and Birds
