79. Certain medical practitioners to certify as to freedom from leprosy.
- Every authorised practitioner shall, if so desired and on payment of a fee of five rupees, examine any person for leprosy and if on such examination he finds that such person,-(i)is not suffering from leprosy; or(ii)is suffering from leprosy which is non infectious; or(iii)has been cured of leprosy;he shall grant him a certificate to that effect the prescribed form.
