24. Resolution of dispute.
(1)In case of dispute in the matters of payment of prize, sale of tickets or any other matter, the decision of the Government in the Department of Finance shall be final.(2)All disputes arising but of these rules shall be decided by the Courts having jurisdiction to decide such dispute within the limits of the city of Panaji.
