. The learned counsel for the Petitioners has tendered the affidavit of Petitioner No. 1 Anand Prafhul Vaghani in support of the Petition, along with documents, in terms of the order dated 13th January, 2021.
2. Perused the affidavit and its accompaniments. In the backdrop of the communication dated 20th October, 2020, coupled with the letter dated 1 st October, 2020, the Court is of the considered opinion that the Union Bank of India, the banker of the Petitioner-Trust, ought to be impleaded as a party-Respondent to this Petition.
3. The Plaintiff shall implead the Union Bank of India through the Chief Manager, Mid Corporate Branch, Fort, Mumbai. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

4. Issue notice to the newly added Respondent returnable on 28 th January, 2021.
5. The Petitioner is at liberty to serve the newly added Respondent by private service and file affidavit of service on the next date.
