Section 1 in Assam State Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2017
1. Short title, extent and Commencement.
- This Act may be called the Assam State Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2017.(2)It extends to the Assam State Capital Region area as specified in the schedule appended to this Act(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
