Section 25 in Presidential And Vice-Presidential Elections Rules, 1952
25. Place and time for counting of votes.-
The counting of votes shall take place at the office of the Returning Officer in New Delhi on scuh day and at such time as the Election Commission may appoint in this behalf; and the Election Commission shall give notice to all the candidates of the date and time so appointed.
