UDIT RAJ (NORTH WEST DELHI): Sir, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for stringent punishment to curb atrocities against girl child and women, rehabilitation measures for victims of atrocities and constitution of special courts to try cases of atrocities against women and girl child and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
