1. On the basis of pleadings, the following issues are framed:
(i) Whether the petitioners are entitled to revocation and annulment of alleged grant of Probate vide Order dated 21st November, 1997 by the District Probate Registry at Birmingham in respect of the Will dated 16th May, 1990 having executed by Smt. Kailash Kapur? OPP.
(ii) Whether the petitioners are entitled to Letter of Administration in respect of the Will dated 16th May, 1990 of Smt. Kailash Kapur? OPP.
(iii) Relief.
2. No other issue arises or is pressed.
3. The perusal of the record shows that the evidence has already been led in the present petition as well as in TEST.CAS. 15/2001, but it is only at the Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SAHIL SHARMA Signing Date:22.09.2022 15:26:34 time of final disposal that it was noticed that the formal issues have not been framed which have now been framed today.
