7. Regulation for stocking, sale and export of saffron of standard quality.
(1)The Government shall regulate stocking and export of saffron of standard quality and for this purpose make arrangements for registration in the prescribed manner in which certificating and export permits are to be issued, the contents of such certificate or export permit and registration thereof by the Registering Authority.(2)The Government shall promote sale and marketing of saffron and may for this purpose forge links with established marketing agencies wherever necessary or feasible.
