Section 16(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder the Council may make regulations providing for -(a)the time and place at which the meetings of the Council shall be held;(b)the manner of issue of notices convening such meetings;(c)the conduct of business at such meetings;(d)the constitution, powers, duties and procedure of special committees; and(e)the conditions subject to which names struck off from the register on cancellation of registration or otherwise may be re-entered therein.
