Section 67 in The Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951
67. Public officer to furnish copies of or extracts from certain documents.
- All public officers having custody of any record, register, report or other document relating to a religious institution or any movable or immovable property thereof shall furnish such copies or extracts from the same as may be required by [the Commissioner] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 18 of 1954.], [the Deputy Commissioner] [Inserted vide Orissa Act No. 29 of 1978-w.e.f. 7.6.1978.] or an Assistant Commissioner.
