(2)The list under sub-rule (1) shall contain the names of the contesting candidates in alphabetical order in English and the constituency from which they have been elected to the Zilla Parishad or to the Municipality, as the case may be, in the manner as shown in the nomination papers and shall be prepared both in English and Oriya.
