3. Standing Committee for Taxation, Finance and Account.
- The Standing Committee for Taxation, Finance and Accounts shall have the powers to recommend to the Mayor measures to be taken with regard to the Annual, interim and revised budget estimates, keeping in view the need of the city vis-a-vis the availability of funds of the Corporation without encroaching Government grants and loans.
