22. Deans.
(1)The Deans of the University shall be appointed by the Director, with the approval of the Chairman, from amongst the faculty of the University.(2)The Deans shall assist the Director in managing the academic and other affairs of the University and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed or to be entrusted to them by the Director.
