173. Proof of notice.
- An affidavit by the Liquidator, or by any person who sent the notices, that such notices have been duly sent, shall be sufficient evidence of the notices having been sent to the persons to whom the same were addressed. In the case of Tribunal meeting, the affidavit shall be filed in Tribunal and in the case of Liquidator's meetings, the affidavit shall be filed with the Liquidator. Such affidavit shall be in Form No. 57.
