(1)Following four endorsements,(a)Certificate of admissibility under Rule-5in Form-3(a)(b)Endorsement under Section 52 in Form-3(b)(c)Endorsement under Section 58 in Form-3(c) and(d)Endorsement of registration under Section 60 in Form no-(3d) of Form No- 3 in Appendix-A shall be on one sheet of the document. This sheet of endorsement shall be an essential part of the document and shall be enclosed after the last page of the document and shall be scanned with the original document.
