2. Through this Original Application, the applicants have filed this Original Application and prayed for direction to the respondents to issue them appointment order on the ground that their land have been acquired by the respondents, and as per their policy, they are entitled for appointment as land outees.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that their lands have been acquired by the respondents for Rawghat Rail Project. However, they have not been extended the benefit of appointment, which is extended to the land outees as per Railways scheme. They have already submitted representation dated13.05.2014 (Annexure A-4) for redressal of their grievance raised in this Original Applicant. However, the same has been considered and decided till date.

He further submits that this Original Application may be disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondents to consider and decide their representation dated 13.05.2014 (Annexure A-4) in accordance with the Scheme of Railways to grant appointment to land oustees within a time frame.
5. Shri R.N. Pusty, learned counsel for the respondents submits that applicants representation dated 13.05.2014 (Annexure A-4), if pending and has not been decided by the competent authority of the respondents, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority of the respondents within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order.
6. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Original Application is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondents to consider and decide the applicants representation dated13.05.2014 (Annexure A-4), if not already decided, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with the Scheme.
