Section 77(3) in The Tripura Co-operative Societies Act, 1974
(3)The action taken in respect of securing possession of records and properties against the outgoing members of the committee and the paid servant or servants authorised, by the committee in this behalf in the maimer as provided in sub-section (2) shall not be subject to any challenge in the court of law.
