Section 10(4) in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961
(4)Six members of the Board shall form a quorum at a meeting of the Board :Provided that if a meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary at the next meeting called for transacting the same business.
