14.
After a probationary Officer appointed direct has rendered himself eligible for the first increment, he will be entitled to draw the second increment as soon as the following conditions are fulfilled :-(i)He has completed two years of service;(ii)He has passed the departmental examination completely; and(iii)He has been confirmed in his appointment.
