Section 25(1) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Acquisition of Land Owners Estates Act, 1963
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate to the Compensation Commissioner, or any other officer subordinate to it, all or any of the powers conferred upon it by this Act, other than those conferred by section 7 and 30.
