Section 3(c) in The U.P. Factories (Safety Officers) Rules, 1984
(c)processes a diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology recognised by the State Government and has had practical experience of working in a factory in a supervisory capacity in production or maintenance or safety department for a period of not less than five years; or
