Section 64(4) in West Bengal Industrial Disputes Rules, 1958
(4)At the bottom of each certified copy the following particulars shall also be endorsed :-(i)Date of application for copies ;(ii)Date when requisites are notified ;(iii)Date of supply of requisites ;(iv)Date when copy was ready for delivery ;(v)Date of delivery of the copy ;(vi)Cost of copy.
