Section 17(3)(e) in The Advocates Act, 1961

(e)[ notwithstanding anything contained in clause (a), the seniority of an attorney enrolled whether before or after the commencement of the Advocates (Amendment) Act, 1980 (47 of 1980) as an advocate shall be determined in accordance with the date of his enrolment as an attorney.] [ Inserted by Act 47 of 1980, Section 2 (w.e.f. 29.11.1980).]
