श्री गणेश सिंह (सतना): अध्यक्ष महोदया, मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूं: -
“कि यह सभा, लोक सभा की सदस्यता से डॉ. वाराप्रसाद राव वी. द्वारा त्यागपत्र दिए जाने पर, उनकेस्थान पर भूमि अर्जन पुनर्वासन और पुनर्व्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार (संशोधन) दूसरा विधेयक, 2015 संबंधी संयुक्त समिति में सदस्य के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए श्री प्रताप सिम्हा को नियुक्त करती है।” HON. SPEAKER: The question is:
“That this House do appoint Shri Prathap Simha to serve as member of the Joint Committee on the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Amendment) Second Bill, 2015 vice Dr. Vara Prasad Rao V. resigned from the Lok Sabha.” The motion was adopted.
