Section 61(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001
(1)The Infrastructure Authority shall exercise its powers and perform its functioning under the Act in accordance with the policy framed and guide lines laid down from time to time, by the Government and it shall be bound to comply with such directions, which may be issued, from time to time, by the Government for efficient administration and effective implementation of the Act.
