Section 26(3)(b) in The Chhattisgarh Stamp Rules, 1942

(b)On expiry of the licence, the licensing authority may renew the licence on payment of renewal fee of Rs. 100, The application for renewal shall be made at least 15 days before the expiry of the licence and shall be accompanied by a treasury challan of having paid the prescribed fee under head "0030-Stamps and Registration-Miscellaneous" and shall bear a court-fee label of Rs. 5 (Rupees five only).
