Section 14(4) in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
(4)The Registrar shall be responsible for the custody of the records and the common seal of the University. He shall be ex-officio Secretary of the Board and Academic Council. He shall place before it all such information as may be necessary for the transaction of its business. He shall receive applications for entrance to the University and shall keep a permanent record of all syllabi, curricula and such other information as may be deemed necessary.
