101.
(1)If any person objects to the grant of a licence applied for under the applicable legal framework the Commission shall, if either the applicant or the objector so desires, cause a local inquiry to be held of which the notice in writing shall be given to both the applicant and the objector:Provided that, the Commission may refuse such an inquiry if in its opinion the objection is of a trifling or vexatious nature.(2)In case of such local inquiry a memorandum of results of the local inquiry made shall be prepared and shall be signed by the applicant, the officer or person designated for the purpose and such other person as the Commission may direct.
