Section 11(iii) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(iii)An employee on earned leave shall during the period of earned leave draw leave salary equal to the pay drawn on the day preceding the day on which he proceeded on leave and allowances appropriate thereto.
