14. Power to direct stay of recovery.
- The Board of revenue or the State Government may, pending the disposal of the appeal under section 12 or an application under section 13 as the case nay be, and on application made by the person aggrieved to that effect, pass an order staying the recovery of the amount under section 11, subject to such conditions as may be specified in such order.
