Section 119(1) in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014
(1)Subject to the provisions of the Act and rules made there under, the Authority shall levy a charge, hereinafter called development charge on,-(a)the change of use of land or building or both;(b)the carrying out of development of any land or building or both;
