10. Savings in respect of minority institutions.
- Nothing in Section 8 or Section 9 shall affect the right of any minority referred to in Article 30 of the Constitution to establish and administer any educational institutions of their choice "for imparting instruction in Ayurvedic or Unani-Tibbi Systems of Medicine or Naturopathy or Yoga Therapy".
