Petition under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant injunction,
restraining the-Respondent herein/its henchmen, servants, official staff from making
any construction or altering the suit schedule property more-fully mentioned in
O.S.No. 10 of 2021, on the file of the Additional District Judge's Court, Hindupur,
pending disposal of CMA No. 93 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.
These Appeals coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed
herein and order of High Court dt. 28-04-2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of
