10. Establishment and incorporation of University by legislation.
- If the Government is satisfied that the sponsoring body has complied with the conditions of Letter of Intent, it may bring appropriate legislation for inclusion of the name of the University in the Schedule with such name, location and jurisdiction as specified in the Schedule.
