Section 7 in The Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019
7. Registration of animals.
- Any person desirous to register his animal shall make an application to the Animal Registration Authority or any person authorized by it, in such manner, containing such particulars and such fee, as may be prescribed and after considering his application and satisfying itself that animal meets the particular claimed and is disease free and vaccinated, the authority shall enter such detailed data in the State Herd Book and register the animal.
