Section 12(1) in U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Saifai Act, 2005
(1)The Director shall be the Vice-Chairman of the Governing Body and shall be the Chief Executive and Academic Office of the Institute. He shall preside over the meetings of the Governing Body in the absence of the Chairman.
