- The manager of an approved school may, on giving six months notice in writing to the State Government through the Chief Inspector of their intention so to do, resign the certificates of the school and at the expiration of six months from the date of such notice unless before that time the notice is withdrawn, the resignation of the certificate shall take effect and the school shall cease to be an approved school.
