Section 13 in The Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran Act, 2018
13. Disclosure of information.
- The Chief Executive Officer and such Members of the Pradhikaran, as the Pradhikaran may determine and members of the Council shall, as soon as may be after appointment and every year thereafter, make a declaration, in such form and manner, as may be specified by regulations, on the extent of his interest, whether direct or indirect and whether pecuniary or otherwise, in any property, business or employment of any family Member in the Pradhikaran or any matter concerning or related to the affairs of the Pradhikaran and the declaration so made shall be placed on the website of the Pradhikaran.
