(3)Every [air transport undertaking] [Substituted by G.S.R. 254(E), dated 16.4.2009 (w.e.f. 16.4.2009).] shall maintain all records relating to tariff established by him under sub-rule (1) in such manner and in such form as may be specified by the Director-General, and on demand by the Director-General shall produce such records before the Director-General for inspection.
